What’s your Return Policy?
Kollektif aims to ensure its customers' full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit. Returns must be made within 10 days of delivery.
Once item(s) are received and inspected, online store credit will be issued for returned items. If an exchange is being made, the customer will be required to purchase the desired item using the store credit issued. We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment.

What is your shipping policy?
Orders typically ship within 3-6 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 6 business days of placing your order, please contact hello@kollektif.ca
Please note: this does not apply to pre-orders. Pre-orders will be shipped at the time displayed on the product page.
